Steph: Ah Cate. I feel as though it’s been much too long since we’ve gotten the chance to fawn all over you. Let’s correct that problem now Chris! As always, Cate is regal and perfectly turned out. This time she thrills us with a single-shouldered beauty in a rich royal blue (although some, depending on the light and their computer monitor, would call it purple) as Girorgio Armani feted the Sydney Theatre Company in NYC. The asymmetrical cut and gentle gathering along the waist are flawless.
Her Verdict: Style Winner
Christopher: I’ll continue with the fawning because you are right Steph it has been way too long since we have ogled over Queen Cate. I always love Ms. Blanchett on the red carpet and that’s because she is one woman who pulls off soft and elegant one night and then the next night wows us in edgy haute couture. Obviously this is more elegant than edgy but it should be no surprise that the impressive one-shouldered Armani dress is simply beautiful…as is Cate.
