        JLO takes the cake in this week’s Style Winners and Losers and a budding young actress wears her dress backwards on the red carpet. Was it done on purpose? You decide.

        Steph: Chris, I’m not crazy about the supermodel mom’s severe up-do…other than that, this is a big win for me (and obviously for Heidi). This past week we saw lots of our favourite red carpet stars striking some of their best poses in months…and Heidi was angling her torso and thrusting her hip forward with the best of them. Heidi looked like a tasteful disco ball (excuse the oxymoron please) in this Emilio Sosa affair she wore to the L.A. premiere of The Back-Up Plan. The Louboutins of course did nothing but add height and drama to an already eye-catching look.
        Her Verdict: Style Winner

        Christopher: Project Runway fanatics will know that nobody won more challenges during Season 7 than contestant Emilio Sosa. Towards the end of the season an episode featured the designers attempting to create a red carpet look for their supermodel host and well…Emilio won! The dress looks a little different than it did in the episode but Heidi totally followed up on her promise to wear the dress out on the red carpet and she looked fabulous in it. I definitely agree with you Steph, the super-host looked divine. I’m just interested in seeing what this does for the young designer’s career.

        I agree the hair is pretty severe looking. The dress is okay, it just doesn't wow me. I can't get past the mis-placed piece of fabric along the top - it reminds me of a cloth wrist restraint.

        Ok, she promised she will wear this dress.

        I think it does not flatter her waste and hips. And the colour reminds me of the school assignments where they use glitter glue or coloured paper.

        Shoes look great on her but do not match the outfit.

        The severe look of the hair would be less noticeable if she were wearing a nice pair of earrings. I like the fabric. The shine and sparkle are subtle. But I have a problem with the accessories. The shoes, nice as they are, don't really go with the dress and the ring is a different shade of blue.

        The dress should be longer, either up or down; the hair - less severe; she needs either earrings and/or a necklace and the shoes need to be replaced. And the doodadd on her right breast needs to disappear.

        I agree about the earrings. I like the fact that the dress comes with a handle, so that at the end of a night out, I could drag her back to the cave...

        Most defo, the shoes don't match...since when do we wear cork lift strappy's w/glitter cocktail dresses? If the shoes were a pair of killer black dress strappy 's and the the "handle" were gone, this would be a win for me, even with the severe hair.

        There is no sense to the loop over the right side of the strapless dress. The dress itself is nothing special.

        The shoes are killer, but Ms. Klum knows that this dress sucks...the hem has oviously been pinned up last-minute, and there's a crease at the hip-line where she's tried to hike it up.
        I'd say that the handle is there so that she can pull the whole thing up over her head in case she sees anyone who she recognizes.
