This Pea seemed to be unable to get completely dressed�ever. She was always in half a shirt, in short-shorts when she should have been in pants�in underwear when she should have been in a gown. Everything was too short, too low and too tight. Over the past year or so, Fergie has been embracing the concept that sometimes more is more. Sometimes it�s sexier and prettier to cover up.
